Lectures
Salem lectures on human rights specialized in equality related to ethnicity and race. In short, Salem educates individuals and organizations to identify norms, cultures, and systems that have an inclusive and excluding effect. Identification is the first step towards change, thereafter action can be done.
During Salems lectures participants are encouraged to reflect on real-life cases in organizations. The goal is to analyze how individuals and organizations can create an open and inclusive environment, whether in schools, workplaces or society at large.
Salem also tailors lectures and workshops on the following topics:
- Social norms
- Power structures: Advantages and disadvantages
