For most of her life Salem has circulated around the city of Gothenburg. Living in a multicultural city shaped her and her view on society. A view that have seen people’s varying situations and positions up close. Human rights are not only a set of good values for Salem. Human rights means equal opportunities, worthy care and humanity.
In 2014 Salem received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, where her paper Don’t Touch My Hair won Best Thesis at the University of West. Today, she is an award winning consultant with the entire Sweden as her workplace.
